Cannibalism is discussed nowhere in the New Testament. Once again the silence is because it was a problem. Nowhere does the "civilized world" in which the Gospel has spread cannibalism was practiced. Therefore, there was no need to discuss. God commanded Moses to lead the people of Israel, there are chapters dealing with the food restrictions. These include extension limits to what can be consumed meat. While covering almost every imaginable possibilities of various animals, fish and birds may try to eat these laws do not mention once the consumption of human flesh. The fact that cannibalism is not mentioned is a strong indication that is understood as something so clearly wrong that it need not be mentioned.
In summary, although there is no explicit command against cannibalism that we can point to Scripture, from the beginning (Genesis 1:26-27), God clearly says that humanity was different from the animal kingdom, which was made in his image. Since the days of Noah, God clearly says that since he became man in His image, should be valued above the animals. So God gave man permission to eat a wide variety of meat, never gave the man permission to eat other people. The close association of cannibalism at the trial identified as God's final which is something vile and bad it is.
