How can I tell potential employers I only work part time?
I am a single woman, not currently working children.I full time.I have elderly parents who are having a considerable amount of my work and my parents time.Between me.In no time for my current situation, which allowed me work part time, although this is not possible with my gift to employers who do not use the part-time staff, but what are the reasons I can give new potential employers why I want to work part time? If I say I need more time to spend with my parents, they think I am a liability? Moreover, if I say I want more time for myself, entrepreneurs think that I am committed to my work, who am I? I like to spend more time dedicated volunteer, is this an acceptable reason to give? If I have a part-time job, I'll be taken seriously by employers again? After the same time, there may come a point where I have to return to work full time.
If you work full time every day 8:00-4:00 talk to your employer that you plan to work from 6:00-10:00 and from4: 00pm to 8:00 pm, so it has an interval of 6 hours in total day to serve their elderly parents. This is similar to part time employment.
